Forward orders can be processed while at trade shows or on your return, so when the stock is delivered it can be quickly booked in and barcodes produced.

Flexible Barcode Printing and Tagging

With eTill you can customise your own barcodes to include your own logos, images of the item, add text to include other details of the product such as price, description, category, department, PLU & SKU.

Step by Step Stock Take Procedure

Purchase Orders

eTill Purchase Orders is designed to help you place orders with suppliers, track when orders should be delivered and book goods in when the items arrive.

There are three main stages of a purchase order.

1. Create the order.
Orders can be created automatically based on minimum or maximum stock levels, stock quantities or you can repeat previously placed orders.

2. Send the order to the supplier.
Purchase Order notes can be posted, faxed or emailed to the supplier.

3. Book in items received from supplier.
When the items are delivered, they are checked and booked into the system, which updates stock and creates barcodes.

Purchase Order Features

	Multiple Delivery Order Hits You can partly book goods in against an order on different delivery dates, which is useful if your supplier does not send all the items at once.
	System Suggested Orders Let eTill to calculate exactly what items you need to order based on min/max stock levels, previous orders or current stock levels.
	Expected Delivery Window Enter the dates when you expect your order to be delivered between. This is very important for tracking all your outstanding orders.
	Print Terms And Conditions You can print your own terms and conditions together with your order notes, so you can let the supplier know about your own terms and conditions.
	Automatic Generated Orders No Automatically generated purchase orders numbers.

Stock Take

Stocktaking is one of those chores which all business have to do, but which everybody hates.

We have engineered our stocktaking process to be simple and easy to use, which helps customers save time and money.

Step 1 - Stock Snapshot

The first step in a stock take, is creating a snapshot of the current stock levels. The snapshot allows the system to calculate the difference between original stock and the counted items.

Step 2 - Stock Count

Counting the stock quantities of every product in your shop, is the second step in a stock take. The stock levels can be either entered manually or using a barcode hand-held terminal (BHT), to scan the product barcodes.

Once the products have been scanned, you can import the data into the system using a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file.

Step 3 - Stock Compare

Once the stock has been counted, the third step in a stock take is comparing the counted quantities against the stock snapshot. Comparing the counted stock against the snapshot provides a discrepancy report, highlighting any products which have different stock levels.

Step 4 - Stock Update

Updating your stock levels is the final step in a stock take. Although our system can update your stock levels automatically, some customers prefer to recheck the stock and update the figures manually.

Stock Ticketing

The eTill Ticket Printing module is used to create and print Barcode Ticket Labels which will be attached to your products.

The Ticket Printer module is very easy to use and is included with eTill Back Office as standard.

Stock Ticketing main features:

	Customisable Barcodes You can select up to 6 different Product Fields to be printed out on each label		Standard A4 Printers 40 Labels per sheet; 65 Labels per sheet; 14 Labels per sheet; 27 Labels per sheet, or customise your own barcodes.
	Select Printed Fields Category, Department, Description, Price, SKU, PLU, etc		Dedicated Barcode Printers 40mm x 25mm label; 45mm x 45mm and Swing Ticket labels.
	Sort the Barcodes Sort by PLU, Description, Category, Department, etc		Purge Barcodes You can either purge all or selected barcodes from the list.
	Print Options Print all barcodes or only selected barcodes. Select Printer Use a normal standard printer or a dedicated barcode printer to print out the barcodes.		Remake Barcodes You can also Remake Barcodes on the Fly. This means that if you need more barcodes you simply need to select the product and then enter the number of barcodes you want to create.

Staff Security

The security module allows you to control which features, of the point of sale and back office, each staff member can access. You can create any number of security groups, each with different security settings and assign them to each staff member as required.

Operators can login to the till using either barcoded key cards or a username and password.

Credit Notes and Gift Vouchers

eTill point of sale can generate credit notes and gift vouchers with a unique barcode and serial number using the receipt printer attached to the till.

Our system provides an accurate audit of all credit notes and gift vouchers and ensures they are not reused or forged.

Credit notes are often given to customers when items are returned in a unsatisfactory condition.

Multiple Stock Locations
