Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Please click on Download to download the eTill Support Tool.

2. Then, click on Run button when the File Download window appears on the screen.

3. Click on Run button, once again, when the Internet Explorer window appears on the screen.

4. Finally, double-click on Broadband Support, when the Broadband Remote Support Connection Utility window appears on the screen.
